Spa and Salon Policies

For your child's safety and as a courtesy to you
and others in the entire spa, children CANNOT be accommodated unless they are receiving service.
Spa rentals and group bookings require 2 week notice of cancelation.
A credit card number will be required for all spa packages, couples
reservations, and treatments totaling $100.00 or more.
We respectfully request a minimum 48 hour cancelation notification.
If a guest has more than 2 No Shows or 2 Cancellations within the 48 hour
cancellation notice, a credit card will have to be placed on file to hold the service. If the guest
no shows or cancels within 48 hours, he or she will be charged 50% of the service.
All services totaling more than $100.00 require a 50% deposit with a
48 hour cancelation notice. If not cancelled 48 hours prior to service deposit in nonrefundable
(RESCHEDULING DUE TO ILLNESS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!)
Late arrivals may take the remainder of the service at full price.

Guests who are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or are under a
doctor's care and would like a massage or body treatment must bring a doctor's release statement.
No cash refunds on any retail or gift certificate sales.
Food can be served for an additional fee, unless included in the packages.
