Cayce Smith - Lead Artist / Owner
Cayce, the owner and director has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, spending 15 of them with AVEDA. She loves AVEDA and the fact that it is so fashion forward with the year-round education keeping her in the know. She enjoys teaching others about her craft, so you will not find it unusual to see her with new apprentice’s shadowing during any part of the styling process. She believes strongly in sharing all the knowledge she has acquired over the years. One of her favorite passions though, is color……

Phoebe Rouse - Advanced Artist
Phoebe is a recent transplant from Arizona with 35 years under her belt! Her passion for colors, haircuts, and meeting new people has kept her in the hair industry. She loves helping guests achieve their goals and results they are looking for!

Sarah C - Senior Stylist
Sarah grew up surrounded by the hair industry. Her sister inspired her to chase her dreams as this was the career path she choose. She enrolled and attended Mitchell's Academy and graduated in 2022. She has been exposed to a vast array of skills and really focused on perfecting her techniques. Sarah loves and takes pride in her work and loves to see every guest looking and feeling beautiful when they leave.

Kat Cyphers - Stylist / Salon Coordinator
Kat has always aspired to be a hairstylist and decided to follow her dreams. She graduated Alexander Paul Insitute of Hair Design in October 2022 and is continuing her education in blonding and fashion colors. She enjoys teaching others about product knowledge and ensuring that each guest has a relaxing experience. Kat is excited to grow and further her career with the Panache Hair and Body Loft family.

Skylar Demarzio - Esthetician
Sam Coley - Manicurist
Sam completed her manicurist license in 2013 from Lenoir Community College and soon after, started working for an AVEDA spa where she fell in love with the different aroma’s. She also enjoys the ongoing continued education and is so eager to learn more about the products. Sam loves to meet new people and takes pride in making their hands and feet beautiful!

Baeleigh Beasley - Guest Services
Baeleigh is currently working on finishing her bachelor's degree and will then go into the medical field. She loves seeing our familiar faces come through the door, but also loves getting the experience of meeting new guests and making that lasting impression.
