Cayce, the owner and director has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, spending 15 of them with AVEDA. She loves AVEDA and the fact that it is so fashion forward with the year-round education keeping her in the know. She enjoys teaching others about her craft, so you will not find it unusual to see her with new apprentice’s shadowing during any part of the styling process. She believes strongly in sharing all the knowledge she has acquired over the years. One of her favorite passions though, is color……

Star Barwick - Advanced Artist
Star is one of our beloved advanced artists. Star is from right here in Wayne County and has been in the hair industry since 2000.Her passion is to give her guests a stylish yet customized look.

Meghan Wright - Advanced Artist
Meghan has 18 years of hands-on experience in hairstyling, along with 7 years as an educator in the cosmetology field. Her enthusiasm and commitment to refining her skills shine through in her work and the satisfaction of her clients! With a keen eye for detail and extensive expertise in blonding, fashion color, texture services, color corrections, cutting techniques, and more, she truly excels behind the chair. Meghan began her cosmetology journey in Goldsboro, earning both her Art degree and Cosmetology degree from Wayne Community College. Later, she returned to obtain her teaching license from the state board. Come and discover the incredible results her knowledge and passion can bring to your hair!
Melissa Ireland - Senior Stylist
Melissa has dreamt of becoming a hair stylist ever since she was young, but life took her in a different direction. Melissa enlisted in the United States Air Force for seven years working in Medical Logistics. After her time in the service, she dedicated her life to her three boys and became a stay at home mom. Years later, she finally decided to follow her dreams and enrolled in the LCC Cosmetology School! Melissa graduated November of 2019 and finally joined the rest of our stylists on the salon floor, Feb of 2020. She has quickly advanced in her talents and has moved her way into management as the Salon Coordinator. You can still find her behind the chair on Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

Sarah C - Senior Stylist
Growing up surrounded by the hair industry has always fascinated me. My sister inspired me to chase my dream of becoming a cosmetologist as this is the career path, she chose from the age of 18. I enrolled and attended Mitchell’s Academy and graduated in 2022. I have been exposed to a vast array of skills and have focused on perfecting my techniques and skill set. I am so excited to be on board at Panache Hair & Body Loft and look forward to increasing my knowledge from my fellow peers. I am focusing on becoming a color expert and plan to exceed this goal and more!

Kat Cyphers - Stylist / Salon Coordinator
Kat has always aspired to be a hairstylist and decided to follow her dreams. She graduated Alexander Paul Insitute of Hair Design in October 2022 and is continuing her education in blonding and fashion colors. She enjoys teaching others about product knowledge and ensuring that each guest has a relaxing experience. Kat is excited to grow and further her career with the Panache Hair and Body Loft family.

Sam Coley - Manicurist
Sam completed her manicurist license in 2013 from Lenoir Community College and soon after, started working for an AVEDA spa where she fell in love with the different aroma’s. She also enjoys the ongoing continued education and is so eager to learn more about the products. Sam loves to meet new people and takes pride in making their hands and feet beautiful!

Baeleigh Beasley - Guest Services
Baeleigh is currently a junior in high school at Faith Christian Academy and she also is in college at Wayne Community College. She is a true people person and loves working with people daily.

Catherine Daugherty - Guest Services
Originally from Virginia, Catherine attended Chrym Institute of Esthetics and has been licensed since 2019. She and her husband relocated to North Carolina in 2023 from the UK. Aside from esthetics, Catherine's passion for customer service and organizational skills brought her to Panache Hair and Body Loft. When she's not working or studying, you can usually find her reading a book with her two cats by her side.
