(RESCHEDULING DUE TO ILLNESS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!)

  • NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION POLICY (PER STANDARD REGULAR APPT) Due to the volume and flow of the stylists’ schedules, we are now requiring deposits for all NEW Guests to Panache. These deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. At Panache, we understand that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointment and therefore cause you to cancel. As a courtesy to our guests and team members, we ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be given 48 hours’ notice of your already scheduled appointment. If rescheduled 48hrs before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be held until your rescheduled appointment, if not your deposit will be forfeited. (*deposit pricing varies)
  • Please put cell phones on vibrate or turn off.
  • For your child's safety and as a courtesy to you and others in the entire spa, children CANNOT be accommodated unless they are receiving a service.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Guests who are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or are under a doctor's care and would like a massage or body treatment, must bring a doctor's release statement.
  • For Spa Packages, lunch/dinner can be provided for an additional fee, unless included in the package already.
  • For our more extreme and/or extensive hair, color and/or skincare analysis consultations, we offer reserved by appointment or walk in consultation at a $25 fee (the fee which will apply to your actual scheduled service appointment after consult).
  • PARTY & GROUP/SPECIAL RESERVATIONS/ SPA PACKAGES REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT AND AT LEAST A 48HR TO 2WEEK CANCELLATION NOTICE DEPENDENT UPON SIZE OF PARTY/PRICE OF SERVICES. IF CANCELLATION DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED. IF PARTY/SPECIAL RESERVATION IS ACCOUNTED FOR, DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TO THE SERVICES RECEIVED.

  • 14 day Retail return policy- return and EXCHANGE for item of equal value. If exchanged for a higher value item, balance is due. NO CASH REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS.
  • NO CASH REFUNDS on Gift Certificate Sales- Certificates can be redeemed in store on any retail or service purchase. Certificate can also be re-gifted to another individual w/ proper ID.
