Elemental Nature Massage

A personalized massage experience based upon the Aveda Elemental Nature philosophy and your favorite Aveda aromas. Depending upon your needs, a variety of massage techniques will be utilized, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure and Energy Work.

Therapeutic Massage

An intense, invigorating treatment focusing on the deep layer of tissue and muscle. It assists in the elimination of toxins. Recommended for highly active or stressed individuals. A blend of myofascial release and stretching, designed to help with conditions such as chronic overuse, chronic pain and injury recovery as well as relief of muscular tension. Placement of hot stones along the spine neck and shoulders are also used to assist in relaxing the muscles. Myofascial release is composed of slow moving deep pressure broad strokes that allow the tissues to release knots and compensatory muscle memory patterns.

Mother To Be Massage

Designed for maximum comfort during pregnancy. Relieving many of the physical and mental stresses unique to the expectant mother.

Lymphatic Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of massage that encourages the natural drainage of lymph nodes, this type of massage aims to help the body ,maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance and immune functions, this also helps and encourages the body to naturally drain lymph.

Energy Work

A great for reducing feelings of anxiety and depression as well as complementing traditional western medicine when you are being treated for illnesses that may have already aggravated inflammatory responses in the body. These sessions use a blend of energy work techniques including but not limited to Reiki, crystal healing, essential oils and tuning fork vibrational sound healing and include a Chakra balancing.
